By accessing or using ReplyXpert, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access or use our service.

2. Description of Service

ReplyXpert is a one-time purchase digital tool that provides:

• Chrome extension for X (Twitter) reply automation
• Scheduled posting system (Coming Soon)
• Python toolkit for advanced automation

Payment Model: One-time purchase. No subscriptions or recurring fees.

3. Eligibility and Age Requirements

Age Restriction: Minors are not allowed to use this service. You must be at least 18 years old to use ReplyXpert.

By using ReplyXpert, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ReplyXpert only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for spam: You are not allowed to use ReplyXpert to send spam, unsolicited messages, or automated harassment
• Engage in automated harassment: You may not use the tool to harass, bully, or abuse other users on X (Twitter)
• Violate X (Twitter) Terms of Service: You must comply with X's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines
• Resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute: You are not allowed to resell, reverse-engineer, or redistribute ReplyXpert or its components

5. Device Limitations

Device Limit: You are limited to using ReplyXpert on a maximum of 2 devices at the same time per account.

If you attempt to connect more than 2 devices, you will need to disconnect one of your existing devices before connecting a new one.

6. Payment and Refunds

Payment: ReplyXpert is sold as a one-time purchase. Payment is processed through Stripe.

No Refunds: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Technical issues (we will provide support to resolve issues)
• Account suspension or termination
• X (Twitter) account bans

7. Account Termination and Access Revocation

We reserve the right to revoke your access to ReplyXpert if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Use the service for spam or automated harassment
• Abuse the service in any way
• Violate X (Twitter) Terms of Service
• Engage in any illegal activity

If your access is revoked, you will lose access to all features immediately. No refunds will be provided.

8. X (Twitter) Account Bans

No Responsibility: We are not responsible if X (Twitter) bans, suspends, or restricts your account for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of X's Terms of Service
• Violation of X's Community Guidelines
• Automated activity detected by X
• Spam or harassment reports
• Any other reason determined by X

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of ReplyXpert complies with X's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. We recommend using ReplyXpert responsibly and in moderation.

9. No Warranty

AS IS: ReplyXpert is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

We do not warrant that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All defects will be corrected
• The service will meet your specific requirements
• The service will be compatible with all devices or software

10. Limitation of Liability

Use at Your Own Risk: We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of ReplyXpert, including but not limited to:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or profits
• X (Twitter) account bans or suspensions
• Service interruptions or errors
• Any other damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service

You use ReplyXpert at your own risk. We are not responsible for any consequences of your use of the service.

11. Intellectual Property

Prohibited Activities: You are not allowed to:

• Resell: You may not resell, redistribute, or transfer ReplyXpert to any third party
• Reverse-engineer: You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble ReplyXpert or any of its components
• Redistribute: You may not redistribute, share, or make available ReplyXpert to others

All intellectual property rights in ReplyXpert remain the property of the operator. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of ReplyXpert shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms of Service on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of ReplyXpert after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service.
